Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder toasted
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Cucumber medium size
Method
- Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise and remove the seeds and finely grate the firm flesh.

- Add the yogurt to a bowl.

- Whisk the yogurt until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add the grated cucumber, roasted cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt.

- Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.

- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
