Desde el filete crudo hasta la cena en tu plato en unos 10 minutos, est\u00e1 lleno de c\u00e1lidas especias indias y ofrece una piel crujiente con un centro tierno y jugoso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un plato frecuente en mi mesa porque es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alto en prote\u00ednas y grasas saludables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e1pido y sin complicaciones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lleno de sabor sin resultar pesado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encanta servirlo con una ensalada sencilla, verduras blanqueadas o incluso acompa\u00f1ado de <em>dal <\/em>y arroz para una comida m\u00e1s completa con inspiraci\u00f3n india.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por Qu\u00e9 Funciona Esta Receta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta funciona porque hacer cortes superficiales permite que la pasta de especias penetre m\u00e1s profundamente en el pescado, intensificando el sabor en cada bocado. Cocinar el salm\u00f3n primero con la piel hacia abajo protege la carne delicada mientras crea una piel deliciosamente crujiente, y un breve reposo en la sart\u00e9n caliente al finalizar la cocci\u00f3n termina de cocinarlo suavemente sin resecarlo, manteni\u00e9ndolo tierno y jugoso. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained se desmenuza f\u00e1cilmente con un tenedor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La temperatura interna debe alcanzar aproximadamente <strong>125\u2013130\u00b0F (52\u201354\u00b0C)<\/strong> para un salm\u00f3n jugoso (seguir\u00e1 cocin\u00e1ndose ligeramente mientras reposa).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita cocinarlo en exceso \u2014 el salm\u00f3n puede secarse r\u00e1pidamente si se pasa del punto
