Esta receta de <em>halwa <\/em>est\u00e1 hecha con s\u00e9mola y pi\u00f1a, lo que da como resultado un postre fragante, ligeramente \u00e1cido y con una textura deliciosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un viaje reciente a la India, visit\u00e9 un restaurante que sirve comidas tradicionales tipo <em>Thali<\/em>. Thali es una palabra en hindi que significa \u201cplato\u201d, y una comida <em>Thali <\/em>consiste en peque\u00f1as porciones de una variedad de aperitivos, platos principales, acompa\u00f1amientos, guarniciones y postres, todos presentados en una sola bandeja. Uno de los postres del <em>Thali <\/em>que disfrut\u00e9 much\u00edsimo fue el Pineapple <em>Halwa<\/em>. Esta receta es similar al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purecurry.com\/es\/sooji-halwa\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"1773\"><em>Sooji Halwa<\/em><\/a>, pero con algunas diferencias importantes: se omite el cardamomo en polvo para que el sabor brillante de la pi\u00f1a destaque, y se a\u00f1ade un toque de azafr\u00e1n para realzar suavemente su dulzura natural y su aroma.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un par de notas sobre esta receta: se puede duplicar f\u00e1cilmente ajustando las cantidades de los ingredientes, lo que la hace ideal para servir a m\u00e1s personas. Si deseas prepararla vegana, sustituye el ghee por aceite. Esta versi\u00f3n utiliza menos de la mitad de la cantidad de ghee que normalmente se a\u00f1ade al <em>halwa <\/em>en restaurantes; sin embargo, puedes aumentar la cantidad si prefieres un postre
